Our process: 3 wealth building steps

The first step with new investors is an introductory meeting or a phone call in which we share our philosophy, vision, and experience and get to know each other. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with every person who is working with us – this initial session helps to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Next is the discovery session, also called “Know Your Client”. Here we learn about the employment and financial situation, understand the risk tolerance, and jointly set the investment goals and targets, and decide on the most suitable real estate investment strategy.

Lastly, we act on the strategy defined during the discovery session. We also encourage every investor to reach out to us at any time – there are no bad questions, and we are here to succeed together.
